Dependiendo de su ubicación o durante las horas pico, podría demorar hasta 14 días. Los detalles de la entrega se proporcionarán en su correo electrónico de confirmación y una vez que se complete el pedido, generalmente el siguiente día hábil, se le notificará por correo electrónico con el número de seguimiento y un enlace al sitio del transportista. Si no lo has recibido, revisa tu carpeta de spam.

CANCELACIONES DE PEDIDOS

Si desea cancelar un pedido después de realizar un pago, comuníquese con nosotros y haremos todo lo posible para ayudarlo. Es importante tener en cuenta que no podemos garantizar la cancelación ya que el pedido se envía rápidamente al almacén. Desafortunadamente, si el procesamiento o envío ya se realizó, no podemos cancelar el pedido y es posible que deba iniciar una devolución del producto.

REEMBOLSO

Le notificaremos una vez que hayamos recibido e inspeccionado su devolución y le informaremos si el reembolso fue aprobado. Si se aprueba, se le reembolsará automáticamente utilizando su método de pago original o se le enviará el artículo de reemplazo.
